Get Up & Glow Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a great way to get a ton of nutrition in a convenient, delicious meal. This one is packed with ingredients to get your skin healthy & glowing.

Avocado. Avocados are known to hydrate the skin, bringing back that glow we all love.

Mangos and pineapple. Mangos contain carotenoids, which help our skin glow. And pineapples are high in vitamin C, which are key to the production of collagen, giving our skin its firmness and strength.

Spinach OR Kale. Both nutrient dense super foods.

Coconut water. This is known to be incredibly hydrating.

Berries. Berries such as blueberries, blackberries and strawberries contain essential nutrients – mainly Vitamin A and Vitamin C. These nutrients are very important for your body and help keep your skin smooth while giving it a natural glow.

Vanilla Protein Powder. Protein and amino acids are essential for healing and repairing damaged tissue, including that of hair, skin and nails. They also increase cell turnover, sloughing off of old skin/hair/nail cells to make room for new cells.

Frozen banana and avocado make it incredibly thick and creamy, the mango and pineapple sweeten things up, the berries add vitamins that give a glow, the coconut water thins it out and helps it blend, and the greens pack one HUGE nutrient punch.
