Cora’s Best Protein Balls

These no-bake protein balls takes less than 5 minutes and they’re so much healthier than anything you can buy at the store. Great for after a workout for a delicious protein boost or a healthy afternoon snack.

– 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
– 1/2 cup of protein powder (I use Tone it up cinnamon roll found at Target… vegan and gluten free)
– 1/4 cup of collagen powder
– 1/2 cup of nut butter
– 1/4 cup of maple syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
– dark chocolate chips

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and serve! Best stored in the fridge, and you can freeze extras.
